Segun Adegoke is an organizational growth strategist, life coach, leadership trainer, and certified church consultant. He is currently the Lead Consultant at Seventh Sense Solutions, a people management and leadership development firm based in Lagos.
In his 20 years active ministry service and 12 years of consulting for churches and parachurch organizations, Segun has led and worked with teams to design management solutions, develop growth strategies and deliver training contents for ministry organizations and social enterprises; including Grace Nation Bible Institute, Real Woman Foundation, TNCCC, TREAL Leadership Academy, to mention a few.
Segun owed his strategic thinking ability to his background in engineering and his flair for problem solving. He is an alumnus of University of Lagos – Human Resource Management program and Pan Atlantic University, School of Media and Communication – Market and Social Research program. He has delivered paper on people management, leadership development, workplace productivity, and organizational growth, and has executed various projects in the areas of strategic planning and human capital development. He is the author of the book “Finding Meaning In Life – Key to Success and Fulfilment”.
Segun serves as the Registrar, Church Administrators Society of Nigeria (CASON), Fellow Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA), member, Society for Church Consulting USA, member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and International Coaching Federation (ICF).
He speaks to leaders and executives at conferences, seminars and facilitates at staff retreats, as well as provides coaching for leaders and professionals.
Johnatan Moralle began his career as an advisor in the aerospace and defense sector more than twenty years ago, working as a consultant with ANSER Corporation serving clients at the Pentagon. Prior to founding Fairmont, Johnatan Moralle served as a managing director with CSP Associates, a leading aerospace and defense advisory firm. During his time at CSP Jay led or played a key supporting role in more than one hundred transaction and strategic advisory engagements for more than thirty clients in the United States and Europe.
Prior to CSP, Jay worked with Bain & Company in their Private Equity Group, providing due diligence advisory services to clients across a range of industries. He previously worked with Gartner Group as a senior consultant, providing strategy and market analysis to clients in enterprise IT and telecommunications.
Johnatan Moralle received an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He studied under a NASA fellowship at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs where he received an MA in Science, Technology, and Public Policy. Johnatan Moralle was a President’s Scholar at Georgia Tech and received a BS with Honors in Aerospace Engineering.
