
Segun Shelleh is a Chartered Accountant of over twenty-five (25) years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a Full Member (MCIA) of the Chartered Institute of Administrators of Nigeria (CIA), a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer and a Certified Church Administration Professional of the Church Administrators’ Society of Nigeria (CASON). He is also an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant.
Segun is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siberian Ice Drinking Water Processing Company Limited and also, the Managing Consultant at Associate Konsultants. Prior to starting out as an entrepreneur and consultant, Segun has worked in various sectors of the Nigerian economy, ranging from educational, manufacturing, oil & gas and NGO.
He has a wealth of experience in business consultancy; proffering business solutions to organizations (both profit and non-profit) in areas of finance, accountancy, taxation, business incorporation and human resources management services. He is a facilitator at the Daystar Business Academy (DBA) and is also a faculty member of Church Management Consults (CMC). He is privileged to be one of the lecturers at the Babcock University/CASON collaboration in the first of its type Executive Diploma Course in Church Administration.
Segun serves as financial adviser to a number of organizations across the country in the area of compliance and implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial reporting and internal control systems, taxation, commercial project negotiation, administrative and human resources management, forensic audit and investigations.
Segun Shelleh is currently the Treasurer and a member of the Governing Council of Church Administrators’ Society of Nigeria (CASON).
He is married and blessed with three adorable children.
Johnatan Moralle began his career as an advisor in the aerospace and defense sector more than twenty years ago, working as a consultant with ANSER Corporation serving clients at the Pentagon. Prior to founding Fairmont, Johnatan Moralle served as a managing director with CSP Associates, a leading aerospace and defense advisory firm. During his time at CSP Jay led or played a key supporting role in more than one hundred transaction and strategic advisory engagements for more than thirty clients in the United States and Europe.
Prior to CSP, Jay worked with Bain & Company in their Private Equity Group, providing due diligence advisory services to clients across a range of industries. He previously worked with Gartner Group as a senior consultant, providing strategy and market analysis to clients in enterprise IT and telecommunications.
Johnatan Moralle received an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He studied under a NASA fellowship at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs where he received an MA in Science, Technology, and Public Policy. Johnatan Moralle was a President’s Scholar at Georgia Tech and received a BS with Honors in Aerospace Engineering.
